this time I'm looking to use nandrolone phenylpropionate/ NPP. heard this stuff is good for bulking and also for joints. What is the minimum cycle to use this and what is the best dosage for someone with my goals
 
NPP I would say 300mgs is a good start.
250mgs of test enan
300mgs of npp
250mgs of sustanon
