Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Mainly just maintaining with now knowing that as you get older it becomes harder as your cellular structure tends to breakdown..
At the moment on a pretty strict carnivore diet trying it out for the first time this month..
Been on for four weeks and already down 1% or 2% in body fat
Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
Lifting 5/6 times a week…
High reps moderate weight…
Find a works the best for me in ectomorph and also for the injuries I have accumulated over the years
Goal for the Competition:
I’m not aiming to do bodybuilding or anything like that competition wise as I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world fighting and that’s enough competition for me of 20 years. If I’m in shorts it’s just to compete on a fighting level
Health Status (mention any medical conditions or injuries):
Asthma since child…
Injuries?? Where to I start lol…
As said after a lengthy fight career I’ve broken a lot of bones torn a lot of cartilage…
shattered both hands multiple times
both feet multiple times
had facial reconstruction..
rotator cuffs struggling
Will prob need hip surgery down the track..
List goes on lol
