Cycle goal: lean down a bit and maintain strength and muscle mass till march

Ped and dosage
Test e- 300mg per week
Eq- 150mg per week
Ment- 75mg
Anavar pwo- 40mg after mini cut.
Gh- 5iu

Peptide and dosage
Reta- 1mg eod
Ghkcu- 2.5mg- daily
Tb500- 500mcg daily
Bpc156-500mcg daily

Currently doing 1 hour cardio 5-6 times a week and will be posting training log as i go.

Seated neutral grip cable row

Seated single arm dumbbell tricep extension

Wide grip T bar row
Set 1: 110kg-14rep
Set 2: 105kg-14rep
Set 3: 105kg-12rep
Dropset 80kg- 5rep

45* hip extension
Set 1- 40kg- 13rep
Dropset 20kg few more reps
Set 2- 40kg- 10rep
Dropset 20kg few more rep
