only benching 200lbs

Newbie
I’m only benching 200 lbs and I’m 22 years old. I don’t feel like I’m very strong. Is there anything you’d recommend that I do differently in the gym to get stronger? I’ve been using the hammer strength machine and I have transitioned to using the flat bench, but I don’t feel like I’ve been improving enough.
 
I would look at doing some push ups. If you can do a bunch of push ups and keep improving on that, then your chest will get stronger in its own right.
 
You can do push ups from home anytime you want to make it more challenging, start adding weights to your back. Once you start improving on that, trust me you'll get stronger.
