Unfortunately there's nothing you can do for degenerative disc issues other than medical treatment Ive been dealing with it for over 20 years.

It will help but look at it as just a piece of the puzzle. Been dealing with it myself for over a decade. I’ve tried everything possible minus surgery.

Most important factor is time (it sucks) but you need lots of time. You need to take it easy for a while. Maybe see about getting an injection. Those have helped me tremendously. Then get in a good physical therapy program and strengthen your core and lower back.

while your doing all this add in your hgh, ostarine, trt dose test and some healing peptides (tb 500 and bpc).
