I was watching some YouTube videos and the guy was saying that you should never order supplements that are proprietary Blends because it means they hiding the ingredients and underdosing the product. Is this true and if it is how come they're allowed to get away with it because half the supplements at GNC are like this
I think proprietary blends are NOT scams but they are suspect especially if they come from suspect companies. I prefer to use brands where I can see everything on the label.

I do not like prop blends. It means they are micro-dosing the important ingredients in most cases.
