Yea bro SLU is awesome! Current at 1mg. Gonna need to up it to man dose pretty soon though 🤣

1mg is a respectable starting dose brother, the synergy with SR9009 + NAD+ for that endurance loop you mentioned is solid 💪 The titration up to 2-3mg is where most blokes start feeling it kick proper, your AM training stack is gonna be even more dialled.
 
This is actually interesting because SLU is one of the few compounds where, at least according to my research, it is fine to be taken orally.

As you know, I'm a peptide freak, so the less injections the better!

SLU is a small molecule ERR agonist not a peptide so oral admin actually holds up bioavailability wise brother 💪

Last night Sleep protocol:
-Magnesium Glycinate 655mg
-Ashwagandha 300mg
-Glycine 3g
-L-Theanine 400mg
-5HTP 99mg
-DSIP 1.5mg
-GH 1IU

Decent sleep. Woke up too many times throughout the night. That deep sleep into sudden waking up is hell annoying. Pretty sure I also didn't have that much liquid at night either.

9 hours of solid sleep with only one wake at 2am is the protocol clicking exactly the way you wanted brother 💪
 
PCT Update
For the past few weeks, my mood for the gym has increased. Amazingly my lifts came back to their previous natural plateaus so it's good I actually didn't lose much. I'm not moody as much and able to focus more on work.

I would say most of it is due to my hormone balance being restored but need to also credit the peptides for assisting. In particular, the lose dose reta 1mg a week, SS31 14mg a week, NAD+ 150mg a week seems to have help kept fat off even when I was on surplus calories.

I'm eating pretty well now but earlier in my PCT I didnt care much to stick to a clean diet. Here I am still maintaining 75kg for the past 4 weeks natty.

Testagen I'm still taking daily 1mg but I have no idea if it's truly working or not. So far though, no visible side effects.

Finally had the chance to try out the YOSpermTest after abstaining for 3 days. Unfortunately, the numbers don't look good for me. Poor results on most of the markers.

Showed the results to my missus and she's feeling a bit down. Honestly, we are now reconsidering where we're at with all this. We're both past our prime (at 40s) and it almost seems crazy to be looking after a 10 year old kid at 50. Imagine trying to discipline a 20 year old kid when you're in 60s. Anyways, we haven't given up yet but let's just say the percentage has increased a fair bit.

I'm due for a blood test next week to see where I'm at after 4 weeks of PCT. Considering the poor scores on the sperm test, my guy feeling is that my LH/FSH has tanked a fair bit.

Credit to low dose reta and the SS31 NAD plus stack for holding the fat off through PCT surplus is the smart bridge that keeps the conditioning while the hormones come back online brother 💪
