So today was leg day.

Fasted morning weight 105.1kg

Fast morning cardio 45 minutes

After leg session

Adductors 3 sets x 15 reps

Laying leg curls 3 sets x 15 reps

Hack Squat. 3 sets x 12 reps

SSB squats. 3 sets x 10 reps

Vertical leg press. 3 sets x 12 reps

Romian Deadlifts. 3 sets x 10 reps

Seated leg curl. 3 sets x 15 reps

Leg extensions. 3 sets x 15 reps

Good leg pump
