my body fat is in the twenties not sure how much exactly
I have verry large legs but my upper body is crap
my goal is to build my upper body but not get bulky I want to lean out. My personal trainer recommended I try sarms. So I think I want to go with rad 140 and YK11. heard those were very strong. what dosing should I be looking at
