greetings all. I’m 37 years old. 277Lbs and hoping to lose some body fat. I’m looking to put together a 1 year plan on using retatrutide. What would be a good solution for this? Should I do 1mg for 3 months, then increase to 2mgs for 3 months. Then increasing to 3mgs for 3 more months and so on? Or should I start at 4mgs to begin with per week?

1 year is fine. you can either drop it back down to 1mg every 2 weeks or come off

Be careful if you come off the rebound, effect is very real. You want to watch out for that?
