sarms are spiking my dopamine?

I’m 24 years old and I’m around 218 lbs
I was wondering about something I saw online about how sarms can effect dopamine. I’ve been on sarms now for the past few weeks. Using yk11, s23 and rad140. I’m using 20mgs of each.
Notice that I’m starting to Crave sexual things that I didn’t before with my partner. Also I’ve started sports gambling again which I quit a while back.
Do sarms cause a change in dopamine which are causing my brain to act like this?

s23 is a very strong sarm thats probably what you are having issues with

i think you have other issues not related to sarms
been on sarms for years never dopamine issue
