sarms cause heartburn?

I’m on a stack of s23, s4 andarine and some sr9009
getting heart burn every afternoon
I’m eating breakfast around eight and then I eat lunch around 11 or 12
I usually have some iced tea around that time as well which is when I take my sarms. and then usually between 2:00 and 3:00 I’m getting heartburn
anyone else experience this or am I crazy?

sarms can cause heartburn so dont use s23

no absolutely not it's your diet
check the ingredients on that ice tea or drinking for example I bet it has a lot of refined sugars and inflammatory things in it

i would raise s4 dose to 50mgs
and i would do S23 for sure why not

if you get heartburn from sarms it could be poor quality

are you taking them with food? it is likely whatever they are suspended in thats causing it so you need to take them with food
