Semaglutide stomach issues after using for 3 months

I used semaglutide for the past 3 months. Started at .25mg once a week then bumped it up to 2mgs per week.
This was through a weight loss clinic and I was dealing with a lot of nausea and stomach issues especially after three weeks on it. The clinic said it was unusual but they said to keep pushing through and it should go away.
I lost 11 pounds in three months but have gained around 13 pounds since coming off.
the problem is I have a lot of stomach problems and I still deal with daily nausea and my bowels have not normalized. I have to take a suppository and drink a lot of fiber to just go to the bathroom.
Are these issues normal the clinic is saying that there’s nothing they can do for me and to just stop taking it

So it's definitely not agreeing with u and you started over eating after coming off and it made your weight rebound.
