Just went for my annual physical. I did not tell my doctor that I had been using steroids. But she’s kind of suspected something. She said that my kidney values were elevated and it was something we would have to keep an eye on
I don’t want to have problems in the future. Can you give me a supplement that can help?
 
kidney values elevated? She means creatinine levels are high and they should be. You on gear, assume you have some level of new muscle, eating a ton of protein, maybe using creatine. All of these will make your kidney lab value look like you’re going into kidney failure. High blood pressure causes kidney failure. If you have high blood pressure, then your kidneys are suffering. If you don’t have high blood pressure, then your kidneys are fine. My kidney lab results look like I’m in kidney failure, but I know that it’s just due to my size my protein intake and the creatine I consume. My blood pressure is always dialed in. If your blood pressure is fine, I wouldn’t worry about it.
