steroids for recomping 12 weeks

I’ve been half-assing my training for the past couple years but now I’m ready to start getting serious.
This is why I want to setup a recomping stack
currently in my mid 20’s. Built thick and tough, 5’11’’ and 243 pounds.
Here is my stack. I know its perfect already :) but Tell me what you would change I might be open to suggestions
250mgs a week test cyp
400mgs a week test E (400mg/ml)
sustanon 500mgs a week
EQ 1000mgs a week
 
thats not built thick and tough, thats just extremely over weight to say the least.. how about you get realistic, stop hoping for some magic to happen which WILL NOT and actually do some work to fix the issues you yourself created.. thick and tough.. LOL unreal

on top of that.. you know its perfect but want advice on how to fix it.. wtf is wrong with you? are you that delusional?
 
i would do it a little different

i would drop either cyp or E, just use 1. and i would drop sustanon entirely. run EQ at 300mgs max.

i think test enan why 400mgs/week? just stay with 250mgs test cyp enough
 
Why are you using test E, test c and sustanon? Jist pick one and run at a reasonable dose.

Judging by your weight I imagine your bodyfat is too high for cycling as well
 
ugfreak would work great for recomp or cutting
 
better make sure you're using n2guard to stay safe
 
I'm a fan of tren in most situations but don't abuse it
 
a lot of people have done anavar and test and kept it simple
 
you won't go wrong with anavar and test
 
test prop is a good option along with 250mgs tren
