Sunflower hearts

I was browsing the supplement section at the health food store and came across some sunflower seed hearts. The package says that you can put it in any food and also added two salads. Do these have any time for benefits for bodybuilding and am I missing out on that adding them to my supplement stack
 
I like the sunflower hearts for tea never ate them with food but seems alright if you can drink them you can eat them, like winstrol lol
 
i would have to see what is in them to give you an answer. as long as it just says that and its organic you are good
 
bro i grow sunflower seeds during summer, as long as no drought they grow tall, good shit
