sustain alpha broken pump

I have a brand new bottle of sustain alpha, it's liquid topical but the pump is broken and plugged up !
what do you guys suggest I do? Im not sure how to use the product without using the pump.

You have to try to unscrew it and use a syringe no pump. Manually measure.
