taking anavar preworkout

I'd like to stack anavar with my sarms but not sure what the dose is. I purely want to get it for anavar preworkout run and I heard it gets good pre and hard push.
 
If and it's a big IF you MUST use it as a pre-workout then look up the half life and use one pill (so 10-20mg)
 
i wouldnt call it any kind of pre workout at all... i wouldnt be banking on it giving you some huge boost by taking it pre workout... you will be quite disappointed if your expecting something crazy like that...
