I have a bunch of repairs all over my body that need to be done. I work construction and I also lift in the gym five times a week. I’m looking for advice on using TB 500. What would you recommend that I use when I’m on it? Should I go 1 mg a day or should I go 2 mg a day?
Hi @gasmeki , you administer TB-500 in cycles which includes two phases, namely; a loading and maintenance phase.
Of course, your dosage will depend on your specific needs, but typically for the loading phase you'll take between 4 & 8 mg/week split into two injections per week and taken for 4 to 6 weeks.
For the maintenance phase you will take 2 to 6 mg/month or 1 to 2 mg/week using a single injection in 7 to 14 days.

Bros, When it comes to BPC and TB500, they work the best together, so make sure you stack them. I would be running them every other day at minimum for the first couple weeks.
BPC and TB-500 should be ran for a minimum of 12 weeks. It's very important, and I would run the BPC at least 250 micrograms a day. Make sure you get it as close to the injury as possible.
