Terrible customer service, no product for 70 days!

I have ordered from Napsgear several times before and so has my dad. I thought their website was pretty terrible but they always delivered their product, until recently. I place an order on March 25th, 2025 for about $550 worth of product. Same product I normally order from them. They send me the tracking info like always but the tracking info never updates. I always get the "tracking not found" or "the carrier has not updated the information." After a month, I reach out to them and they respond with .

after a few days, I then get this.

Fast forward from April 26th ot May 9th and the tracking information still has not show up from the new tracking link they sent me. Their support staff tells me I need to wait until May 23rd back to them about no tracking.....so they are telling me to basically wait until 58 days after I placed my initial order to contact them....

May 21 rolls around and they tell me to wait another week. From May 23rd until June 2nd, I sent them seven messages on seven different days before I got a single response from them.

Their response was just as before. The manufacturerer has re-shipped my product....They did not address a single one of my questions or concerns in the previous seven messages. I was asking for a full refund. They just ignored me.

So now I have a third tracking number that does not work. They are back to ignoring me. I have asked for a refund. I have asked to speak/contact a manager. No response.

Today it has be 70 days since I placed my original order. I feel like they have stolen my money and ignoring me.

i know for a FACT that the tariffs issue has caused shipping problems with ALL suppliers bro not just napsgear
sorry i would be pissed too but i can tell you napsgear dont ship themselves, the shippers are the manufacturing labs, so they get shit wrong all the time like this

you were planning what cycle?
 
I am more bothered by support ignoring me for 10+ days in a row, not responding to my requests for a refund, and acting like waiting over 70+ days is okay.

I understand there can be issues. I have been very understanding with their support department, even though they haven't even given me the decency to spend 30 seconds responding to me. Some communication would go a long way.

All I was getting was semaglutide. I have been taking it for a while, and I bet the last 6-12 months have come from Napsgear. I am looking elsewhere now. I am not expecting Napsgear to do the right thing. If they wanted to do the right thing, they would have done it already.

I appreciate you responding to this thread and contacting their rep. I am happy to give the name of the Napsgear support agent and my ticket number in DMs to @jasonhill800 . I blurred out that information from the pictures because I was not trying to get anyone in trouble.

but i can tell you 100% if naps was in control of shipping they'd give you the pack, they want to make money right? Lol
they aint doing it on purpose for sure
and i am more than sure that your ticket just got lost among probably 10,000 tickets they get per month

I'm truly sorry to hear about this, brother. I understand your frustration, and I’ll raise this with the team ASAP. Please share your order details with me in a PM, and I’ll look into it as a priority to get this sorted for you. Appreciate your patience, and we'll do our best to resolve this quickly.

i'm assuming this was international? which brand?
 
Thank you guys. I hope this gets worked out, and if it does, I hope that Napsgear takes steps to prevent this from happening again. A tiny bit of communication goes a LONG way with most people. If Napsgear resolves this, I will return here and post the results.

Jason has sent me a DM asking for specifics.
 
@SteveSmi I am not sure about the brand of semaglutide. It doesn't show up in my order history, and it has been long since I ordered it. I assume it is international from the 2-4 weeks for shipping. When I order semaglutide from Peptide Sciences, I get it in two days.
 
@Teecee bros you order international it can take a long time. 2-4 weeks is average worst case. but if pack gets taken by customs or lost then it can take another 2-4 weeks on top. next time order domestic if you in a rush

sometimes the customer service people just don't do enough. but they didn't steal your money man. jasonhill will make sure you are taken care of

bro napsgear deliver to my trailer fast every time. next time do domestic.
international take a long time cause tariffs sometimes. killing my beef business too
 
I wasn't in a rush. I ordered in March. I still have product from my previous order. I planned ahead. I stated why I was bothered. It has less to do with it taking so long.

I hope you are correct. Their customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth, that is for sure. The little time it took to communicate with me would have prevented a lot of frustration, and this post would have never happened. Again, it is less about the time it takes and mainly about the lack of customer service.

napsgear isn't going to rip you off man. its just shipping mess right now. everyone is confused with the tariff stuff. nobody knows what is going on. customs is having to work triple time to check boxes.

I hope so. You would think customer service would communicate that with their customers, especially after we are on month three and the third time they are trying to ship something....

they aren't ignoring you man. they are just swamped right now

things are very back logged. so packages are taking time. they are doing everything they can to smoothen things out but this is one of those things that is beyond everyones control. i assure you this is a very rare occurence but they will fix it

It is terrific to hear all of these positive comments about them. As I stated in my original post, I had several very successful experiences with them before this. They were ignoring my requests. I understand you want to defend them, but they were ignoring me. Let's call it what it is. I am encouraged by this community saying that Napsgear will get this sorted out.
 
Because of everyone's positive comments, I just placed a new small order with napsgear. I 100% made sure it was US Domestic. I also learned from reading on this forum about domestic-supply.com and placed a small order with them also.
