I have ordered from Napsgear several times before and so has my dad. I thought their website was pretty terrible but they always delivered their product, until recently. I place an order on March 25th, 2025 for about $550 worth of product. Same product I normally order from them. They send me the tracking info like always but the tracking info never updates. I always get the "tracking not found" or "the carrier has not updated the information." After a month, I reach out to them and they respond with .
after a few days, I then get this.
Fast forward from April 26th ot May 9th and the tracking information still has not show up from the new tracking link they sent me. Their support staff tells me I need to wait until May 23rd back to them about no tracking.....so they are telling me to basically wait until 58 days after I placed my initial order to contact them....
May 21 rolls around and they tell me to wait another week. From May 23rd until June 2nd, I sent them seven messages on seven different days before I got a single response from them.
Their response was just as before. The manufacturerer has re-shipped my product....They did not address a single one of my questions or concerns in the previous seven messages. I was asking for a full refund. They just ignored me.
So now I have a third tracking number that does not work. They are back to ignoring me. I have asked for a refund. I have asked to speak/contact a manager. No response.
Today it has be 70 days since I placed my original order. I feel like they have stolen my money and ignoring me.
