test E and equipoise for mild bulk

I’m looking to do a mild bulk and I’m currently 52 years old and I’m 185 lbs and 6 ft tall.
A friend of mine did a similar cycle and he did 500 mg of each and he had some really good results, but he also had a lot of water attention
I’m looking to push things as well and go 12 weeks on this cycle.
How much would you recommend I use between the 2 of them
I’m looking to push it for 12 weeks

test and eq is a big bulk
300mgs of each is enough
