Welcome to my 2026 Log you beautiful Cunce.

First time doing a log so plenty to learn but that’s the fun of it.

Very happy to be backed by @War Born Peptides to kick things off. 10/10 good vendor to deal with and the products to back it🙏🏾

Stats
Age - 26YO
Weight - Fasted 100kg
Height- 174cm
Body Fat - 12ish%

Background Info short and sweet - competed when I was fresh 18 and won ifbb Teen mr Australia.
Decided at 21 I wanted to not be 110+kg at my height and opted for a healthier sport and transitioned to mma/bjj for 3 or so years.

Continued to make nice gradual progress for those 3 years despite being on only 200mg test weekly only.
Realised I could actually peruse my first passion without compromising my health or life outside of it. This has led me to now, where I am just about to start my first prep back in 8 years and cut down to 88.4kg for my height in season C this year.

One more week at 200mg and I will jump into a final 4 week metabolism push with food and AA’s reintroduced before I do a 16 week cut for the show.
I say metabolism push as I’m not looking to gain weight but I am looking to have my body churning through 4K calories without dropping or gaining weight. This will lead to a much more successful prep as more cals = more tools to play with when we plateau.

3mg ghkcu daily

Where I’ll be using his:
Reta @ 2.5mg weekly
Ghkcu @ 3mg daily
SS31 @1.66mg daily (50mg\30days)

SS31 will be my first time using so very keen to to document that properly and firsthand experience.
I will update multiple times weekly of my experience for my Warborn products as well as my training/physique progress as well.

Training Structure
2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off

Monday - Chest/Tri/Side felt +Abs+Quads
Tuesday - Pull + Calves + Hamstrings
Wednesday - 35min zone 2 cardio
Thursday - Shoulder/tris + abs + quads
Friday - Pull + Calves + Heavy RDLS for hamstrings
Saturday - 35 min zone 2 Cardio
Sunday - 35 min zone 2 Cardio

Day 1 of my final 4-5 week push before cutting down to my weight.

Bloods came back good and lipids all in range despite my free t still sitting at 2048 on what ended up being 250mg a week in my health phase.

Food goes from a loose to 3300-3500 to a rigid 3800 cals daily and will titrate up to 4000+ by the end of the 4 weeks.
