Update pics …my water retention went down and my energy is up I think my iron supplements and other I am taking are helping cardio is way better

sorry guys my log fell off . Just open a second location for my business and had to move so be tween new business new apartment and new gym and new routine my log fell off but now that everything is stable some what I will post update stats very soon
