I am 56 years old standing at a grey hair over 6 feet tall, right now I am sitting at a hard-earned 210 pounds with about 14% body fat blurring my complete definition. As I read these forums I realize that I have been lifting longer than some of you kids reading this have been alive.
I was born in Poland, raised in the U.S. have moved around the states a lot for work, and current I do not wish to tell you all crazy fuckers my location.

Unlike most on this forum I come from a generation that didn’t skip leg day and we learned respect at the end of a belt. We didn’t have tick tock or instragram coaches or online steroid gurus. Back in my heyday we had steel, sweat and real results, the steroids were all the basic stuff.

I have stayed in shape my whole life pretty much with very few pauses in training to heal injuries and time off due to family hardships, I have always respected the game and try to help the new guys out.

However, as I planned my cycle I had to accept that this lifestyle does put wear and tear on your skeleton. Knees, elbows, wrists, lower back all those years of heavy squats and overhead presses start to wear on you, yes I have looked great my whole life but nowadays its hard to have a training session without pain. Pain and sweat are my only friends in the gym, I don't even like training with anyone else, I love doing it alone with just my pain.

So why this log? I’m going on a trip in a couple of months and I want to track my progress and leave a record of my progress for the later generations to be able to see and learn from. My primary motivation for being on these forums and sharing info is just that I want to leave behind something that will outlive me, and someday, when I’m long dead, some kid is going to find my log and see my pictures and copy my cycle and learn from my progress, that's what I’m here for now.
This 8 week cycle for me it is not about chasing size, I’m happy with my size. It is not about some misguided ego brewing inside of me.

For me this cycle is about healing, hardening, and planning to walk around the Dominican Republic in a couple of months looking and feeling like a man who never missed a day in the gym. I also want to keep my libido strong since I plan to seduce some of the latino damsels that may come my way.

After all of my years of experience I finally really know what works for me. I’m running a tight cycle my weekly dosing is composed of:
Test Cyp @ 1,000mg/wk
NPP @ 400mg/wk
Primobolan @ 400mg/wk
Masteron Prop @ 100mg/EOD
Proviron 25mg/day – (because at 56 I still want to swing the hammer, so gotta keep my libido fire lit with proviron+HCGenerate)

And the healing arsenal of peptides and SARM to turn back the clock on these old joints:
TB-500 + BPC-157 – Injected around the joints that pain me the most.
Ostarine + MK-677 – Both of these are ight on the suppression, big on the repair
HGH @ 3 IU/day
AOD-9604 – Been testing this one for joint and fat loss, we’ll see how it plays into this cycle I have planned out.

My on cycle support stack for these 8 weeks is:
N2Guard – This old body has got some miles on it, and I’m worried about keeping the engine clean, this supplement is a must-have for all of my cycles.
HCGenerate – My libido and my mood is always better while taking this herbal and now with the addition of proviron, I know I’m going to be feeling like a teenager again.
For my training, I'm gonna stay smart and stick to four days a week, upper/lower split. Doing a lot of controlled tempo movements, prehab warmup, band work where necessary, activation drills to prime the muscles. I still move a lot of weight, but I move it like a technician now, I warm up my body before hitting it with the heavy weights.
I’m only working out 4 days per week to give my body more rest from injuries and because this is an abnormally busy time for me and with everything I need to get ready for my long trip I need to cram all of my training in this window, I know it will work.

Cardio? I will be doing 20-30 minutes every night on my treadmill at home. I’m not much for fasted cardio anymore, my body has changed a lot. It takes a lot of energy away from me later in the day if i do my cardion early in the day, but I love some late afternoon or night cardio on my treadmill at home watching Fox news on the tube help me get ready for bed

My diet’s locked in I know my body I know what works for me:
High protein—steak, eggs, salmon, and yes, a little kielbasa here and there.
Moderate carbs—mostly rice, oats, potatoes (I prepare these like my babcia used to make)
Fats from avocado, nuts, olive oil, and yolks

My trip to DR is in 8 weeks and I’m hoping to meet a nice girl or two, someon we can be penpals with and maybe one day might want to come visit me here. I am going to just enjoy the sun and casting my bait out there to see what happens. I’ve been divorced for years now, and my ex has moved on; it is time for me to get into the best shape I can at this age and move on myself. I always had a thing for latinas even as I married a really nice Polish girl. I always wanted a Latina, and now that the nice Polish girl turned into a nightmarish witch, I now get my chance to find my Latina,. I’m going to be guns loaded, ready for the hunt! Whatever happens this trip, one thing is for sure: I’m showing up looking sharp, dry, and healed up.View attachment 23768

That is correct youve been alive longer while i am reading this lol, being 36, but dont let that fool you I have alot of grey hairs in my beard 😂 i also learned at the end of a belt or whatever was in striking range of myself 😂 definitely following along with this one brother 💪

Alright fellas, you asked for it, so here it is. For you to see and copy if you would like, my full training program for this cycle laid out clean: 4 Days of Iron, Pain, and Precision! All structured, deliberately, and with a touch of pain where it counts on those last couple of reps. Just like I wrote before guy, I’m not training for size I have been huge before and this weight I am at now is ideal. I have got the size I want so I’m training for quality these next 8 weeks. I am focused on healing, hardening, and making sure I step off that plane looking like I never missed a gym day since 1984.

For this cycle I will run a four day split routine. Two upper body days, two lower body. I’m sorry guys I do not do five-day bro splits anymore because I train smart, not insecure. I’m 56, not 26. Recovery is everything.

Each of my training sessions start with a proper warmup where I need it, trust me guys my routine looked nothing like this when I was in my thirties, but now it has to have these warmup or I risk aggravating older injuries.

Day 1 – Upper Body A (Push Focus)
Rubber band dislocates @ 2 sets x 15
Scap pushups @ 2 sets x 20
Light dumbbell shoulder rotations full range of motion
Empty bar pressing @ 2 sets x 20
Pec deck flyes @ 2 light sets x 20

Now for the actual workout:
Incline Barbell Press @ 4 sets x 10
Flat Dumbbell Press @ 3 sets x 8–12
Seated Machine Shoulder Press @ 3 sets x 12
Cable Lateral Raises @ 4 sets x 15
Rope Triceps Pushdowns @ 4 sets x 15–20
Overhead Dumbbell Extensions (sitting down) @ 3 sets x 12

(20-30 min of cardio at night, every nigh)

Day 2: Lower body work on the posterior chain
10 minutes treadmill incline walking to get the blood moving
Hip circles
Leg swings front to back and side to side
Rubber band glute bridges @ 2 sets x 20
Bodyweight jump squats @ 2 sets x 15

Now for the real workout of this day:
Hamstring curls @ 4 sets x 12
Leg press (Feet placed high and wide) @ 4 sets x 10
Reverse db lunges @ 3 sets per leg
Standing calf raises @ 5 sets x 15
Hanging leg raises @ 3 sets x failiure

Cardio at night time as always!

Day 3 is upper body again:

Arm swings, band pullaparts @ 3 sets x 10
Very light lat pulldowns @ 2 sets x 20
Db shrugs @ 2 sets x 15
Light hammer curls @ 2 sets x 20

Now the workout starts:
Lat uulldown mixed grips @ 4 sets x 10–12
Seated cable rows @ 4 sets x 12
Db Bendover rows @ 4 sets x 8–10
Face pulls using rope @ 4 sets x 20
Alternating db Curls @ 4 sets x 12 each arm
Hammer curls heavy @ 4 sets x 15

Day 4 back to the lower body focusing on quads

Stationary bike @ 10 minutes warm up
Knee circles, ankle mobility work
Wall squats and some split squats using only my bodyweight

Ligh leg extensions @ 2 sets x 20

Now for the actual workout to close out the week:
Leg extensions heavy now @ 4 sets x 15
Dumbbell goblet squats @ 4 sets x 10
Bulgarian split squats @ 3 sets per leg
Seated calf raise @ 4 sets x 20
Cable woodchops @ 3 sets each side
Ab wheel rollouts @ 3 sets x 10

Treadmill again at night like every day 20–30 minutes. Helps me clear the mind and get tired for bed.

That’s the full picture of my training program these next 8 weeks. As I explained guys I train four days because I’ve earned the wisdom and injuries to know more isn’t always better. I train with intention a very clear goal in my mind. Every rep is deliberate doen slowly and felt all the way through. Every movement is aimed at building more quality in my physieque. At my age I don’t chase PRs I chase results that last forever.

You younger guys can all keep chasing that BIG weight if you want and I’ll be here building muscle that looks good under a linen shirt in the Caribbean heat.
