Warmup 10 minutes on row machine 4300meters

Circuit training for 8 rounds of the exercises below.

-Side straddle Hop x70
-l
50lb Kettle bell swing x12

Burpees x7

30lb Medicine Ball Slam x12

205lb sled push and pull (15 yard push/15 yard pull) x2/230lb sled push and pull x3

Turkish Get up with 40lb DB x3 on each side

60 mountain climbers

Cool Down
6 minutes on Row Machine for 1400 meters

Core

80lb DB suitcase carry 30 yards each arm

Offset Suitcase Carry 80lb/60 for 30 yards then switched hands

Offset Elevated Suitcase Carry 80/40 for. 30 yards then switched hands

40lb DB Windmills x8

@rakkin you don't see too many people doing things like mountain climbers and windmills. That's pretty good stuff.
