Approved Log Testosterone Tbol Cycle Training Log

23 April

A.M. Cardio
- Stair Stepper 30 minutes (picture is of 24 minutes because I accidentally hit the emergency stop button six minutes into it)
Based off 24 minute results I hit roughly 222 floors in 30 minutes

-Rower 10 minutes 2475 meters

Core
-Hanging leg Raises 4x20
-Oblique Crunches 3x20
-Cable Wood Choppers 3x140
-Dead Bug 3x30
-Incline Sit Ups 2x30

P.M. Lifting
Chest and Tri

Chest
-Standing Cable Press 8x140x4
--Weighted Parallel Bar Dips 8x110x4
- Incline DB Flies 10x80x4
- Decline Plate Press 8x360x4

Tri
- DB Kickbacks 8x65x4
- Seated Plate Dips 8x320x4
- V Bar Press Down 7x235x4
- Reverse Grip Pulldown 7x205x4

Four Sets of Pushups 20 per set

That is one hell of a workout. I love the core training; there are lots of cool things I'm definitely going to try some of those exercises. You don't see too many people doing wood choppers and dead bugs. @rakkin
