Flew back home yesterday from work so had a proper rest day no training. Will be working on improving my sleep again now I'm back home getting that back up to standard.
Was a solid leg day today still pushing the weight up higher every session slowly and topped it off with a 30 mins zone 2 cardio sesh total 1h 23mins
Pin day was yesterday for the Retatrutide thanks to
@ZenithHealth. Always seem to have pretty big hunger suppressions for the first day or so which is fine did my best to hit my macros but came short slightly not too concerned tbh.
Starting from today I have introduced 150mcg each of TB500 & BPC-157 thanks to
@ZenithHealth care package the other week to test them out. I have no current injuries just wanted to see at this small dosage if it can help with improved recovery times and inflammation. I have also switched the Ipamorelin to a nightly pin just to gauge and see if that may potentially improve my sleep quality moving forward.
