I’ve been on semaglutide for the past 4 weeks at 1mg a week and haven’t seen any results so far. I’m 230lbs and figured I would lose something. But I have actually gained a pound lol. What do you recommend I do from here?
Should I increase the dose or throw in the towel? I’ve read some people don’t get good results on it so maybe I’m not a good reactor who knows.
