the dosing truth with semaglutide

I’ve been on semaglutide for the past 4 weeks at 1mg a week and haven’t seen any results so far. I’m 230lbs and figured I would lose something. But I have actually gained a pound lol. What do you recommend I do from here?
Should I increase the dose or throw in the towel? I’ve read some people don’t get good results on it so maybe I’m not a good reactor who knows.

There is no truth. Everybody is going to react differently. You have to experiment.

You still need to diet and trained properly on it. Otherwise you won't see much results.

but I have a sneaky suspicion, what you're using is fake.

You should go with umbrella peptides. A lot of people who don't use good peptides get bad results.
