one of the things I like is when people admit when they screwed up
 
I've seen so many injuries over the years it will blow your mind
 
weight training is extremely safe as long as you are smart when you lift
 
very important that you lift weights properly and don't be a moron
 
make sure you warm up a specially on a cold day you got to get those muscles nice and loose
 
stretching is also important you should be doing it after every workout
