I’m looking for some advice when it comes to Deca and bulking up. Really would like some of your tips and tricks. Should I go with 400 mg a week or should I do a different amount? What do you think about going 400 mg with some testosterone? And do you think that it’s necessary to go at least 14 weeks? I’m 6’1”, 190 lbs and about 8 or 9% body fat.
