tirzepatide dosing for first timer

This is my first time using anything like this. So, any information is appreciated. I’m currently 5’7” 205 lbs. I would like to lose about 15 lbs. Having a tough time losing the weight currently. Wondering if 2mgs a week of tirzepatide would work good. I would like to see if I can also increase the dose to 4mgs after 6 weeks on or if I should keep the dose just 2mgs.

1mgs eod every week is beteter than 1 big dose
 
you will want to do more cardio for better results. it isn't just about how much you take
 
i've seen people do well on 2mgs and seen people do well on 5mgs
