Tren and Masteron for Recomposition

6'2", 230 lbs., and about 16% body fat. 48 years old
I'm going to be using tren and masteron. My goal is recomposition. I was thinking about doing 500 mg a week of the masteron and I would also like to use the tren. What are your thoughts on 250 mg of TREN? Do you think that would be a good pairing?

Hi @steelcore

For a bulking stack, you can go - Tren Ace + Mast Prop + Test Prop for 12-14 weeks as follows:

Tren Ace: 300-400 mg/wk (use 100 mg EOD)
Mast Prop: 300-400 mg/wk (also use 100 mg EOD)
Test Prop: 100-150 mg/wk (you should split and take 3 injections in a week)
Omega-3s (e g. from fish oil): 3 g/day (helps regulate your BP)
Liver protection: TUDCA (500 mg/day)

As for PCT, start 3 to 5 day after your Tren Ace or Mast Prop injection. Use Clomid: 50 mg/day (wk 1-4) then titrate down to 25 mg/day (wk 5-6), Nolvadex: 20 mg/day (wk 1-6).
