Trenbolone help with anavar for recomping

Looking to use Tren and boost my re-coping, I would like to put on muscle and lose body fat. My thoughts are using anavar 50 mg a day.
Now my question is, with the Tren, what kind of dosing would you recommend alongside it? Just to note, I'm 50 years old and I'm on TRT and I weigh 230 lbs. I would like to cut down and also build strength and muscle at the same time.

For your recomp you can can go with this cycle:

Week 1-12: Tren: 250 mg/wk
Week 1-12: Test E: 300 mg/wk
Week 1-6: Anavar: 30 mg/wk

Add: 4 g/day of fish oil for your BP, 1.25 mg EOD of Letrozole, and 500 mg/day of TUDCA for liver protection.

For your PCT protocol take HCG - 2000 IU EOD for 20 days along with Nolvadex - 40 mg/day (20 mg taken twice daily) for 45 days and Clomid - 100 mg/day (50 mg taken twice daily) for 30 days.

Tren is a hardcore steroid. You want to make sure that you're using N2Guard with it because you need a support supplement alongside of it.

Here is how I would run this stack: 300 mg of tren, 150 mg testosterone, and 50 mg of anavar.
