So I am up dating my supplements
I bumped up my test to 400 mg a week I will do this for about 10 weeks I been doing this for the last 3-4 weeks so have about 6-7 weeks left then I will go back to my trt dosage of 125-150 mg a week . I ordered my test for the first time when I join this forum I order from domestic supply it was very easy experience would recommend them any time I will show pics.. I was thinking I want to switch to Reta from trizeptide but looking for a great source that won’t kill my pockets

This is from my calorie tracker too but it suck because I couldn’t find everything so had to estimate on some foods and I don’t know why it says my goal is so high it was a dumb app lol I feel chat GPT did better but the fiber is the same

I am using fat secret is the name of the app but it’s free and not the best I use that and chat gpt but been having issues with chat so I just unsubscribed what app do you think I should use and is it worth paying for ? The good thing about fat secret it is free to use but it’s not the best in finding the food you use
