Approved Log TRT and Lifestyle Log Journal

Thank you i will ,I am focused on the process figure each week I hit hit my macros and improve in the gym my fat lost will happen
Remember that food quality is more important than macros. Counting macros generally will not work the way you expect. You gotta eat the right foods and meal timing is also important. @Rocky611

So I hate to admit this but when guys say food quality over macros what does that mean exactly? I know obvious like it’s not about calories in calories out you have to have right kind of foods .. just so I can make better choice can you guys point out what exactly need to come out of my diet and what would be a better replacement .. I honestly thought I was making healthy choices just by not eating junk food and crap like that …I appreciate all help thank you guys

example with carbs:

500 calories from a sweet potato or raw oatmeal
vs.
500 calories from a pizza

same calories, same carbs. but not the same quality

Bros for sure. It's a lifelong journey. It never stops.

That what I figured but in my diet I have not had any junk like pizza or stuff that would normally be considered junk that’s why I am confused on what I need to replace in my diet the only thing I can think of is i use frozen stuff not fresh
 
Well I tried to food prep but when I did the math this was a high calorie meal don’t know if I can have this every day this week .. I know where I messed up I put cheese and whole eggs …this meal made 7 breakfast burritos at 700 something calories about 68 g of protein 41 g of fat and 32 gram of carbs the only way I can eat this if I cut it in half and add some lean protein with it and eat it 2x that might do let me know if I should just trash this meal or cut in half and add some lean protein (I had to use my meal prep app to add the whole thing didn’t have a way to do recipe so that is total of what i cook had to decide that by 7 as it will make 7 burritos or more I guess

food prep looks good brother
but you dont need to go all this deep
just get some rice prep it, chicken breast and some veggies
easier right
