Been extremely busy the last couple of weeks with work and baseball. Coaching both my boys baseball teams with practices and games is a lot but training has stayed consistent.
Got a good leg day in this morning hit some quick squats and a few other workout along with 45 min fasted cardio all around 4 am this morning.
Barbell squats
300 lbs for 12 reps
315 lbs for 8 reps
320 for 7 reps
Leg extensions
nothing rated for weights
12 plates for 15 reps
14 plates for 13 reps
15 plates for 10 reps
1 set to failure
Leg curls
Nothing rated for weights
13 plates for 14
14 plates for 13
15 plates for 11
1 set to failure
Walking lunges with ez curl bar 40 lbs 3 sets to failure.
Legs were pretty much done after this.
Meal prepped for the week so have been eating mostly 90/10 beef with broccoli and chicken with a cup of rice for all meals.
Been on the road a lot during the day for work so have to have meals with me so I don’t eat junk all day.
