TRT started this week- need supps to support this new journey

Hello everyone,

Anyone have a good supps online store that does not sell bunk and does not over charge?
Looking for general health supps, liver function, kidneys, sleep, the normal stuff.

Too many options now with VS, Amazon, Walmart and all the rest and all the inflated reviews for every single product.

45, started monitored TRT this week, been feeling like I am 70 for past 5 years.
Life, stress and lost my drive to do physical stuff and be active like I once was.

Anyhow, now that I am on TRT, as long as I can afford the doc, its a life thing now.

@Oldman23 for TRT I suggest using n2guard start with 3-5 caps per day so 1 bottle lasts you about 2 months.

Also you're doing a TRT cycle, can you share a LOG journal of diet training and supplements? so we can help you feel young again.

You can see @Simon has a great TRT log, you should have the same kind up

We can guide you well into results you want.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I am 44 and been on trt for 1 year come may. N2Guard is fantastic, this has become my new daily vitamin but I do take 7 per day. I'm also on trt and taking anavar at the same time as on oral.
I have also been taking a Magnesium supplement from Joe defranco and notice improved sleep. I've also added flameout by biotest as a fish oil supplement that has great reviews, (and some backed research, for whatever that's worth). I just started this yesterday so haven't noticed anything yet.

It is really important you put up a log for us. The guys in this forum have a tone of knowledge and experience and are here to help but you need to put up a log. You'll feel amazing in about a month, hang in there. You have found the fountain of youth my friend.

With guidance like this who can say no to creating a log. Will read all of this and follow the guidelines that have been shared.
