using Ai before PCT start

Planning my pct now, on my 600mgs test enan and anavar 100mgs cycle (yes 100)
I was told to run an AI like aromasin or nolvadex before I start my PCT.
would this be smart or should I take a week off AIs and anti Estrogen?

Keep running AI after cycle, dont drop off or you'll have an estrogen spike. Run AI into PCT.
 
If estrogen has been under control for the entire cycle then I would not use aromasin heading into PCT. I would still include nolva as part of your complete PCT protocol though.
