Using S4 and GW for recomposition.

Newbie
I'm looking to use some S4 and GW to help me with a recomposition. What are the proper dosages I should try? Should I go with 50 mg of S4 and 25 mg of GW, or should I do a different dosage on 5'11", 215 lbs.?
