using epitalon for anti aging benefits

I’m 55 years old and I’m looking to get something in my system that’s good for anti-aging
read good things on epitalon.
How would you recommend I run it? I’ve read 10mgs a day is good but also some say you should do 5mgs a day. Would 4 weeks a day be good or should I run it longer?

epitalon usually starts with 5mgs but you want to use that vs hgh? better use 2 IUs of hgh vs 5mgs epitalon if you ask me
 
HGH is certainly not for everyone... Epitalon is a good option and cost effective with less side effects
