What’s a decent cycle

I used to cycle in the past back in the years. I have been out of the game for a while, so many things have changed. I want to run test is a base but it seems nowadays is testosterone mixed with other ingredients in one bottle so my question is which type of test that is mixed with another ester should I run and I’m sure I will need Nolvadex and also want to run into far or how to draw.. comments are welcome.
