what time do you lift

so this is a pretty simple question but I was curious to hear everyone's explanation
what time do you lift and how do you always lift it at that time or do you ever change things up
I recently took a new job and it requires my schedule to be much different. I'm worried that my workouts might not be as good now
 
Morning warm up,stretch,abs/squats pushups etc,cardio on lunch break,weights after work.i switch it up occasionally. Works for me..as I am currently do a recomp.

i lift in morning before legs
yes my legs in the pic
 
morning before 8am is best time to lift
