what to use in baths for recovery?

This time of year as it gets colder I like to take baths every night after the gym. do you guys think it really works cause it seems to help me relax and all that. are there things i can be adding to my bath to help me recover like bath salts or magnesium? any little difference helps a ton.

You should add some mint and lavender. You can add magnesium powder too.
