First cycle/smoking weed on gear

Im 6,4 24yrs 270 lb 20%(bf). I know you typically start when you’re leaner but I want to use gear to help me just put some more muscle on and shred fat. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also can I smoke weed while I’m on ?

You're a big guy 270lbs! and the weed smoking is mostly related to problems with food intake right so to cut and shred this might be an issue. You'd have to use sativa strains.

Now before we talk steroids or first cycle, we need to know more about you as a person and about your situation. Start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary asap.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You are a prime candidate to put up a log
this way we can dial in your diet and dial in your training

until you get both of those dialed in you're wasting your money with gear why don't you do that for a couple months and then once things get dialed in then you can hop on the sauce and continue your log
 
you won't ever reach your fitness goals if you keep smoking
smoking bad for your lungs it doesn't matter what you smoke

marijuana has no place in Fitness I agree with that
some people don't need it for medicinal purposes but most are just lying and just want to get high
 
you can go to prison for pot in many states
its still not legal everywhere, be careful
 
I recommend you not use them... you should post a picture so we can assess your body fat too... your avatar is small but looking at it, you would be well over 20% ...
