They basically have 2 lists. A supplement groups and B supplement groups. If you bribe them enough they put you on the A list, and if you don’t they put you on the B list. They are corrupted bigtime. Stay away from them they suck.

It's complete and utter garbage and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.

It's quite clear how they work and I've zero idea why anyone would even give them a single cent.

They are clear about what happens when you pay. Hardly corrupt. You either paid or didn't. Let's assume you did. But not enough. So you went to (as you say) 'b list'. Hence, just like using an SEO for google position, you didn't get the same promotion as the A-List.
