Approved Log My First Cycle experience Log

I'm actually just coming off of a short blast, light blast, explained below.

Me:
40 yo male
5'10
185lbs

with a diet that could use work. I am a one meal a day kind of guy mostly with some small snack here and there during the day. I've been on TRT for about 2 years and up until adding some more compounds I was taking .5ml test cyp and .5 ml b12 every 4 days, .5 mg anastrazolol a week (based on labs), 20u HCG a week. I did a cycle long ago with test prop and winny. got good results and no significat sides.

6 weeks ago I decided to step it up a little bit having started to work out more and focus more on health and training. I spoke with an acquaintance who helped me source some gear and got some shitty advice it seems. I ended up with:

.5ml sust 250
.5ml mast p
50mg anavar (this was my issue i think)

Things were going well the first few weeks and then BAM I get hit with all sorts of anxiety, panic attacks, palpitations, emotional AF, etc.

I had labs 3 weeks ago and E2 was spiked and as i'd expect, all my lipids were hosed from the anavar. I took a step back and went to .5mg anaztrazolol every 4 days when i Pin to bring the E2 down, stopped the anavar and then a week later went back to test cyp.

So far things to be going better. staying on Mast P for the 3 weeks didn't seem to bother me at all and anxiety and panic leveled out. Still on .5mg on pinning days.

Current supplements:
.5ml test cyp, .5ml b12, .taking .5 mg anastrzolol on days I pin. Every day I take magnesium citrate, berberine, omega 3 with dha and epa, sytrinol, potassium chloride, a liver and kidney supplement

Training:
i try to work out 3-4 days a week for around 45 minutes. Cardio on a rower, knee is hosed and have surgery on torn meniscus in a couple weeks. Try to hop in a sauna for 15 min on workout days.

Sleep:
been shit since i was in the USMC. Blood work usually shows cortisol in range or just outside.


Goal:
Getting married in October and would like to get rid of this spare tire and slim down a bit. I carry most of my weight in the stomach. It'd be nice to get a nice cut physique in time for it; or at least moving that direction.

@Beowulf2Actual Sorry about your sleeping problems, man. For what it's worth, I'm very good at figuring out how people can be helped with sleep. You can try shutting off your electronics and also wearing blue blockers.

Current cycle is just .5ml test cyp and .5ml b12 every 4 days with anaztrazolol on pin days.

I came off of the mast p after 6 weeks (no sides) and var after 3 weeks (because of the sides). I purchased some other gear through napsgear but having issue with my first order apparently

I had been taking prime gut health from Healthgevity..i need to order more. I'll also work on taking photos for the log as recommended and take a look at the resources you provided. thanks!
 
@Beowulf2Actual Sorry about your sleeping problems, man. For what it's worth, I'm very good at figuring out how people can be helped with sleep. You can try shutting off your electronics and also wearing blue blockers.
That's probably a good start with the electronics. I just have a hard time falling and staying asleep. My mind just doesn't shut off. I'll say that things are improving with the supps I'm in and having some tea in the evening like hibiscus or something with blue lotus

@Beowulf2Actual bro, this is an excellent supplement layout. Omega-3, really good. Helps with your joints and your heart.

try some yoga or meditation before bed.

there are ways to fix this and it needs to be fixed!

Im off the var for now. Had some bad advice i think and started way too high dose...apparently that's all he could source. Ive since ordered from napsgear nit running into issues wirh that too...ugh
