Approved Log Lets Get To Work: CEO 12-Week Recomp Cycle Log

Yo bros, i guess we’re officially in this Week 7 of my recomp cycle grind and let me tell you all that we are truly we’re deep in the trenches now. More than half way there, no signs of slowing down. No distractions NO brakes NO backtracking I’m just locked-in and focused.

This is the part of the cycle where a lotta dudes start to coast or fall off even just get burnout from the injection schedule! But not me I'm still full throttle going strong pumping this gas!

Physically it's easy to see I’m tighter just dryer. I feel I’m waking up leaner every morning. My strength is holding solid even as I get leaner. Pumps are nasty in my forearms and lower back some days, shoulders, arms, even calves looking fuller with mor veins and more definition. But let’s keep it real some minor sides creeping in now.
I started getting that little nipple sensitivity, nothing crazy but enough to let me know the Test cooking. No puffiness yet but I’m not taking any chances so Aromasin is on to keep things in check. Also had a few night sweats and work up in a wet bed, its al probably the Masteron drying me out or my carbs catching up on those high days. Still manageable.

My shoulder’s holding steady too I’ve been shooting bpc157 and tb500, plus doing my rubber bands work and prehab warmups like clockwork before every single training session. Not pain free really if I’m honest with myself, but not getting worse either at least. I’ll take that any day of the week every week I don’t want to stop my cycle!
Incline dumbell press I’m still the king! neutral grip keeps my shoulder happy and less pain.

Cardio I bumped to 25 mins fasted incline walk. Not crazy HIIT right now, just steady fat burn tempo.
Still smashing 5 days a week consistently and my push/pull split staying strong and intensity through the roof. Dropping rest-pause sets on the last set of a few lifts to really fry the muscles hot.

Yo bros today I’m not gonna throw another macro chart your way on this post. If you are following my log then you already know the deal. I’m all about high protein, clean carbs, good fats. That part is all locked in already. What I want to hit you with in today’s post is something more important that doesn't get talked about a lot: your mindset around food and how you pick the foods.

Too many bross who want to look their best are still treating their food like it’s supposed to be a reward? Like every meal needs to be this big dopamine bomb. But when you're cutting and chasing that lean, dry, hard lookthe food stops being about some gratification and starts becoming just fuel. Nothing but fuel!

You gotta flip the switch mentally to stay focused and not drive yourself crazy. Every time I sit down to eat, I ask myself this one question here:
“Is this gonna push me closer to the my goal, is this the right meal?”
If it’s yes the answer then I eat it with pride. If the answer is a no then I move on, zero regrets.

That’s not to say food has to suck bro youy can check back to my previous blog updates and see I get creative. You can make clean food taste good enough, just enough. But when you're dialed in eating lean, getting hungry sometimes even that dry-ass chicken breast starts tasting like cheesecake on the days when you’re depleted and hungry and pushing hard, lacking calories. That’s when you know you’re locked in bros when you’re starving and still choose the meal that feeds your results, that fuel your goals and not your cravings of the moment.

Recomp is really this game of delayed gratification, bros believe me. Every clean meal I eat is another brick in the physique brick house you see before you. And whats the best part? When you stay consistent long enough your brain changes and the food you once saw as boring becomes the thing you look forward to through the day. Because it tastes like progress delicious nutritious progress bros!

Always eat like a savage chasing a goal that will last a lifetime. Not a child chasing a sugar high that last minutes.

Stay hungry and keep working hard in the gym, bros don't forget that in the kitchen your physique is decided, and in your mindset determines it all.
