I got some products recently and each capsule is 30 mg. I’ve been reading and most people that use it. Say you should run anywhere from 10 to 15 mg and some people say up to 20 mg. That said, should I use these 30 mg capsules and do every other day with that work? Or should I just do 30 mg per day?
