Recently did a napsgear cycle for 12 weeks for bulking. I started out with 250 mg a week of testosterone then I increased it to 500 mg. I did the same thing with equipoise. I started at 300 mg then increased it to 600 mg. I ended up putting on around 4 lb on the initial phase and in the second phase I put on another 5 lb on top so a total of 9 lb. I'm very pleased.
